Kate Tavender - Opening Keynote

Kate Tavender is an organization effectiveness professional passionate about delivering client solutions that drive improved performance for both individuals and teams.
With 20 years of corporate and leadership experience in the areas of facilitation, talent program design and management, training, leadership coaching and corporate communications, her suite of expertise means she is a specialist in diagnosing obstacles getting in the way, and designing and implementing practical solutions to move her clients forward.

From C-suite leaders and management teams to individual contributors or entrepreneurs, Kate will connect with you wherever you are at in order to understand your needs and identify recommendations for change.

Sean Tucker Harley

Tucker has been a User Experience designer for 15 years.

He has worked as an independent consultant, for a billion dollar communications company, and currently at the video platform start-up 'Worldplay'.
Outside of his creative day job, he is a singer-song writer who has released two EP's of music, two children's books, and produced a creativity podcast for three years.

Troy Ronmark
 

Troy has worked in IT for 28 years in various roles including Developer, Architect, PM and BA.
He started specializing in Business Analysis as he found various business and IT projects struggling to identify business needs.
Asking "simple/dumb" questions and looking business opportunities from people, process and technology perspectives has been the key to successful project delivery throughout Troy's career.

Claudia Velandia

Claudia's greatest passion is embracing her personal leadership to grow and evolve in every aspect of her life.
She firmly believes that bringing consciousness to one's life is key to achieve fulfilment, joy, and to live with purpose while contributing to our world.

She has founded 'Quantum Thinking' to empower individuals to reach their highest potential, using the power that comes from conscious thinking, self awareness, aligned values and a purpose driven vision.

Claudia has a degree in engineering, holds both MBA & MA and is also a certified professional coach.
Her international background, having been born in Columbia, having pursued her education and career in Europe, and later settling in Canada, has equipped her with a global perspective of the world and business.
Prior to founding 'Quantum Thinking', Claudia developed a successful international career in technical/sales working for the most renown global technology companies in a demanding, highly competitive environment.

Adrian Rounce

Adrian has worked in software project delivery for over 12 years specializing in Agile and iterative delivery practices. He has international experience working across a number of industries and focusing on exceeding client expectations
in software delivery process and methodology by applying best practices tailored to a project's specific needs.

Motivating teams, understanding client delivery, breaking down complex problems into manageable deliverables while driving to completion is at the heart of the years of experience that Adrian brings to his work.

Adrian is currently working at Arcurve, a North American full service software development company headquartered in Calgary, that is focused on client delivery.
