Our Purpose:

The Mentorship Program is built around the core principles of learning, growth, and community engagement.

Our goal is to create a supportive environment where:
  • Mentees can develop their business analysis skills, receive career advice, and set personal and professional goals.
  • Mentors can provide insights, share their experiences, and contribute to the professional development of emerging business analysts.
  • Both parties can benefit from mutual learning and foster stronger connections within the business analysis community.
  • The program also supports the overall mission of IIBA Calgary by contributing to the development of skilled business analysts who can confidently contribute to their organizations.

If you are a mentee and searching for a mentor submit your information through the Mentee Form

If you're a seasoned Business Analyst looking to offer your wisdom and coaching to a mentee, submit your information through the Mentor form

The IIBA Calgary Chapter Mentorship Program connects experienced Business Analysts with those seeking guidance in their careers across industries.

This program is designed to foster meaningful one-on-one relationships where mentees can receive personalized advice, enhance their skills, and navigate their career paths with greater clarity and confidence. For mentors, it’s an opportunity to give back to the community by sharing their knowledge and helping the next generation of business analysts succeed.

The program offers structured support, including regular check-ins, goal setting, and progress tracking, to ensure both mentors and mentees derive maximum value from their interactions.
