Reg Cracknell
Reg holds the CBAP® designation as well as his PMP® and has over 28 years' experience with ERP, CRM and business systems implementations and upgrades in various lines of business throughout Alberta and North America. He is currently working as a Senior Business Analyst on a long-term contract with an energy services company in Calgary.
I decided to volunteer with IIBA® Calgary Chapter to give back to my profession. I have appreciated every person that I have met at chapter meetings and functions. I believe that giving back in any way that I can is a true benefit for me as well as the community in which I live and work.
Reg is involved in the Mentorship Program as a ‘Mentor’. Reg previously held the positions of Vice President from April 2020 through November 2021 and Acting Director of Communications from December 2020 through November 2021.

Claire’s experience in accounting and strong technical skills has supported her work on the implementation and integration of Enterprise Software Systems and the latest software tools.
When not learning new skills Claire enjoys spending time with her family and in nature.

Ola Ifidon
Ola Ifidon is a distinguished business, technology, and career strategist with a strong track record of helping individuals and organizations unlock value and drive transformational change. She holds dual MBA degrees from Cornell University (USA) and Queen’s University (Canada), and has earned the Chartered Director (C.Dir) designation from McMaster University. Notably, she is the first Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) recognized by the IIBA in Alberta.
With extensive experience in strategy, digital innovation, and career development, Ola is a sought-after speaker and author known for delivering impactful insights and practical solutions.
A dedicated community builder, Ola actively gives back through mentorship and empowerment initiatives focused on creating lasting, positive change in the lives of others.

Opeyemi Tomori is a certified Business Analyst [CBAP®], a former study group leader within the IIBA Calgary Chapter, a dedicated advocate for education, and a seasoned professional in the field of Business Analysis with over 12 years of experience.
She has excelled as a Senior Business Analyst working in several industries [Telecommunication, Banking & Finance, Information Technology, Transportation, and Agriculture] earning a reputation for solving complex business problems and delivering optimal, viable, and cost-effective solutions.
In my role as Director of Education for the IIBA Calgary Chapter, I will focus on equipping new and experienced professionals with the latest tools, methodologies, and best practices.

She is the founder of Koteria Solutions and Co-Founder of Koteria Business Academy, where she helps business owners build procurement readiness, strengthen bid strategy, and win public and private sector contracts. She is passionate about fostering an inclusive, connected chapter that supports continuous learning and professional growth within the business analysis community.

Jide is an experienced IT professional specializing in Software Quality Assurance and Business Analysis with a proven track record across industries such as finance, telecom, oil & gas, and government.
Dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth, he is actively pursuing industry-recognized Business Analysis and Cybersecurity certifications to enhance his expertise and stay ahead of evolving security challenges.
