Communication Engagement - Social Media

This position reports to the Director of Communications.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Advise Communication Director about the latest social media best practices
  • Actively monitor and manage external communication via Social Media Accounts
  • Make regular posts about upcoming chapter event, newsletter, and BA community content according to the monthly schedule
  • Set up and run paid promotional campaigns
  • Source and/or create visual materials for posts

Communications Coordinator

This position reports to the Director of Communications.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate communications for events and general meetings
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of Chapter newsletters in accordance with the communication strategy
  • Manage and update Chapter templates
  • Contribute to team planning sessions and creative process

Events coordinator

This position reports to the Director of Events.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Create chapter events form as required
  • Send calendar invite to all registered participants, for chapter events
  • Send post event message to all participants as required
  • Work closely with Event Marketing to complete and coordinate all event tasks
  • Contribute to specials assignments related to event venue selection, visitation, assessment and pricing
  • Any other tasks assigned by Director of events
 

Board Secretary

This position report to the President.
Position responsibilities:
  • Document and coordinate Board and General Meetings
  • Record and maintain Chapter meeting minutes
  • Maintain and update Director onboarding documents
  • Maintain annual Board activity calendar
  • Maintain Chapter Bylaws and Policies & Procedures documentation
  • Maintain Chapter account passwords and resets (Gmail account, Google Drive access, etc.)
  • Track Board assets (phone, banners, office supplies, etc.), Intellectual Property (Google Drive artifacts, info requests, etc.)

Bookkeeper

This position reports to the Treasurer.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Create monthly financial reports
  • Assist the Treasurer with developing annual financials for Board, Accountant review and filing
  • Attend monthly Leadership meetings in the absence of the Treasurer
