I hope this message finds you well. As the president of our chapter, I want to personally reach out to you regarding a matter that is close to my heart—our chapter events and how we can better serve you, our valued members.
Since the pandemic, we've noticed a significant drop in event attendance, despite our best efforts to engage and invite you. We understand that these times have brought about many changes and challenges, and we are committed to adapting to meet your needs.
To this end, I am seeking your input on the types of events and topics you are most interested in. Your feedback is crucial in helping us understand what we might be missing and how we can create events that truly resonate with you.
Here are some questions to consider:
Event Types: Do you prefer in-person, virtual, or hybrid events?
Event Topics: What subjects are most relevant and exciting to you in the field of business analysis?
Engagement: Are there specific aspects of our events or outreach efforts that you feel could be improved?
Motivators: What would make you more likely to participate in our events?
No suggestion is too small, and there are no wrong answers. Your insights are invaluable, and we want to hear them all. Please contact me directly at president@calgary.iiba.org with your thoughts, questions, or any feedback you wish to share.

Welcome to the new and improved IIBA Chapter website! We've rolled out exciting new features to enhance your experience:
Member Dashboard: click on the member login to see your personal IIBA Profile. It keeps track of your membership information, upcoming and past attended event. Tracking your CDU's has never been easier.
Guest Access: Easily browse our resources and events without needing an account.
Seamless Discounts: Your membership ID and password now automatically apply your member discounts at login, eliminating the need for discount codes.
Newsletter Subscriptions: Non-members can now subscribe to our newsletter and stay updated on the latest news and events. You can also subscribe to other chapters as well!
