Available roles:
Event Coordinator
Create chapter events form as required
Send calendar invite to all registered participants, for chapter events
Send post event message to all participants as required
Work closely with Event Marketing to complete and coordinate all event tasks
Contribute to specials assignments related to event venue selection, visitation, assessment, and pricing
Communications Coordinator
Coordinate communications for events and general meetings
Coordinate the production and distribution of Chapter newsletters in accordance with the communication strategy
Manage and update Chapter templates
Contribute to team planning sessions and creative process
Board Secretary
Document and coordinate Board and General Meetings
Record and maintain Chapter meeting minutes
Maintain and update Director onboarding documents
Maintain annual Board activity calendar
