Adrian and Jaela have worked in software project delivery for over 12 years specializing in Agile and iterative delivery practices.

Adrian has international experience working across a number of industries and focusing on exceeding client expectations in software delivery process and methodology by applying best practices tailored to a projects' specific needs.

Jaela, a highly skilled Business Analyst, has worked with client and software development teams across a wide range of industry projects.
Her ability to take the non technical and translate it to high performance software teams is integral in ensuring the software meets the business needs.

Motivating teams, understanding client delivery, breaking down complex problems into manageable deliverables while driving to completion, is at the heart of the years of experience that both Jaela and Adrian bring to their work.

Currently they both work at Arcurve, a North American full service software development company that is headquartered in Calgary, where they are focused on client delivery.
