Effective Planning and Execution of Projects (15 PDUs)

This is a 2-day course, beginning January 25, running through until January 26, 2016. With the lower oil prices, it is imperative to be more productive with your critical projects investments. This training course will give you practical concepts and tools to do more with fewer resources and increase the performance of your projects.

In this course you will learn an effective integrated project planning and execution methodology based on projects results (deliverables and events).  In the first day, participants will review the current practices of six project management principles, trends and effective techniques to facilitate the definition of the work scope and to better control the execution of projects regardless of their size, complexity or type, in any industry. On the second day, participants will simulate in a workshop, two case study projects using the trial version of a software application called IPM-Pro (Integrated Project Management Professional). Participants may bring their own project to the workshop simulation.
